I believe we are all here to find our own truth, and our truth comes from inside of us.  I believe we already have everything we need inside of us, however, through life we have developed coping styles that can prevent us from living our full, authentic existence. I want to support you in discovering your magnificent inner guidance system to help you navigate out of fear and discover your potential for embracing the life you wish to live. I currently offer Virtual (Telehealth) Sessions for residents of Colorado.  Learn more about my background and approach in the "About Me" section.  I currently offer 60-minute sessions, with a self-pay rate of $145 per session. I am also in-network with most major insurance plans.

Coaching allows you to explore the present moment, patterns and habits that are preventing you from achieving life in the fullness it has to offer.  In strength-based, solution focused alliance we will explore the habits and patterns that are conditioned in your psyche and daily behavior. We will strategically increase awareness of these patterns and create new ways to approach life to help you achieve your goals.  I currently offer Virtual (Telehealth) Coaching across the United States. These 60-minute sessions are $145 per hour with additional supports and offerings outside of session included in your investment. Bundle packages available as well!

Tauma-informed yoga offers the opportunity to create new pathways for healing. In our private yoga sessions I will support reconnection of the mind-body relationship, tailored to your individual needs. I am an RYT200 (Registered Yoga Teacher) and Somatic Therapist that brings a wealth of knowledge and compassionate support to your healing journey.  I am skilled in working with cancer recovery, chronic disease, autoimmune conditions and other functional concerns. I strongly believe through movement we find health and a beautiful reconnection to Self. This service will be available soon!
